Specs Of The Sony Xperia Z4, Z4 Tablet, Z4 Compact And Z4 Ultra (Rumor)

Many customers are just wondering about whether or not they should get the Sony Xperia Z3. But the company might already be working on their next flagship smartphone and other devices. The specifications of those upcoming devices have reportedly been leaked. Check out the specs below.

Sony Xperia Z4

  • 5.5-inch Quad-HD (2560 x 1440) display
  • 2.8GHz Snapdragon 810 octa-core 64-bit chipset
  • Adreno 430 GPU
  • 4GB RAM
  • 32GB of storage
  • 20.7MP camera (with curved Exmor RS CMOS sensor)
  • Bluetooth 4.1
  • LTE Cat.6
  • Support for Qi-wireless charging

The device’s appearance will reportedly be very similar to that of the Z3. But the Z4 won’t come with the magnetic charging port, and also the microUSB port won’t have any flaps. The device will still be IP68 certified though.

Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet

  • 10.1-inch Quad HD display
  • Snapdragon 810 octa-core chipset
  • 4GB RAM
  • 32GB of storage
  • 13MP primary camera (might have a higher resolution sensor)
  • 8MP selfie shooter

The company is also said to be testing a 3840 x 2160 display for the Xperia Z4 Tablet, but the tablet that will hit the market eventually is expected to feature a Quad HD screen. It will have thinner bezels compared to other 10-inch slates from the company and will be similar to the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact when it comes to the design. Like the Z3 Tablet Compact, it will feature twin stereo speakers. The tablet could also be very compact and light. The Xperia Z4 is said to be coming in March 2015. The tablet will also be announced around the same time.

Sony Xperia Z4 Compact and Xperia Z4 Ultra

The company is also thinking about introducing these two devices next year. The Sony Xperia Z4 Compact will reportedly come with a 4.6-inch 1920 x 1080 display (it’s 720 x 1280 on the Xperia Z3 Compact) and improvements under the hood. The Xperia Z4 Ultra is said to feature a 6.4-inch screen with Quad-HD or 4K resolution.
