You’ve got something on your table-sized Windows 7 multitouch platform and you want to send it to your friend with his Android smartphone. He, then, in turn wants to share that multimedia content with his colleague on his Apple iPad. There has to be an easy way to do this and to collaborate on this content too.
I suppose that’s where Konnectus is supposed to come into the picture. Developed by Sensus, this cloud-computer software platform is supposed to provide an “easy and intuitive” way to network across a range of devices, including computers, tablets, and phones. If you check out the video, stuff is being “swiped” from one device to the next.
Naturally, people will have to make use of the APIs to get Konnectus on the respective operating platforms, but this looks like it could come in really handy in this increasingly disjointed mobile ecosystem. More info is expected to come out eventually, but the KonnectUs platform should launch this summer.
