Just because the FireFly line of USB flash drives from Lexar is physically minuscule doesn’t mean that you have to put up with tiny storage. To keep up with the rest of the competition, the wildly tiny Lexar FireFly is now available in capacities as large as 16 gigabytes.
Aside from the substantial bump in storage capacity, there isn’t much that has changed with the FireFly USB flash drive from Lexar. It’s still as small as ever, measuring about 2.5 times the length of the standard USB connector. You still get a tiny cap to go with the tiny drive as well.
The 16GB flash drive should be available now at a retail price of $99. At that price, you may be able to save a few bucks by grabbing two 8GB or four 4GB drives instead.
