Approaching a similar market as the Acura RDX and BMW X3 is the newly revealed Audi Q5. The compact crossover made its official debut at the Beijing Motor Show.
The decidedly sporty vehicle comes with large 19-inch wheels, a long 2.81 meter wheelbase, and an extra roomy interior. The platform underpinning the Q5 crossover is the same as the one found on the Audi A4 and A5. Current engine choices include a 2.0L TFSI (211hp), a 2.0L TDI (170hp), and a 3.0L TDI (240hp). A 4.2L V8 is a possibility for an S-line version of the Q5.
Rounding out the specs are a rearview camera, Audi lane assist, adaptive cruise control, keyless access, tire pressure monitor, triple-zone climate control, electric tailgate, electrically-adjusted front seats, and a large panoramic glass sunroof.
