I like music. I like cell phones. The Samsung Juke is designed to integrate these two core functions into a remarkably small package and you’ll be able to play with this package as of this Friday. Set to launch on Verizon Wireless on October 19, the Samsung Juke features a unique switchblade design, keeping its overall width remarkably small.

In its closed position, the Samsung Juke looks like an MP3 player stick, complete with an elongated display and round navigational wheel. From this interface, you’ll be able to peruse through your internal 2GB library of MP3, WMA, AAC, and AAC+ music files. Swivel the beast open to reveal a numeric keypad, making phone calls and sending text messages at will.

Compatible with Verizon’s Get It Now service, the Samsung Juke will ship in red, teal, and navy blue. Get it for $100 after MIR when you sign a new 2-year contract.
