Logitech unveils four new notebook peripherals

Logitech has unveiled four new peripherals to make your notebook that much more useful. Or at least more fun.

To start, the Logitech Premium Notebook Headset is designed specifically to make applications like Skype more user-friendly. It has a noise cancelling microphone, and in-line volume and mute controls. You can attach it to your notebook via digital USB or traditional 3.5 mm ports, and it’ll fold flat when not in use. Look for the Logitech Premium Notebook Headset this September for $59.99.

Next up are two different webcams – the QuickCam for Notebooks Pro and the QuickCam for Notebooks Deluxe. Both feature RightLight 2 technology to work in low or uneven lighting conditions. The $99.99 Pro has a 1.3 megapixel sensor and echo-cancellation software so that you can make good calls without a headset. The Deluxe version offers fewer features and lower resolution, but costs just $69.99. Both should be available later this month.

The last new peripheral is the Logitech V450 Laser Cordless Mouse. It has 2.4 GHz digital cordless technology for strong connections, and the USB receiver tucks away inside the mouse when not in use. It is available now for $49.99.
