More and more of the high end mobile phones are coming packed with features that make you want to have plenty of storage space for content. Unfortunately, the need for content is growing faster than the built in storage space for phones is. Instead, makers are including storage card slots so you can buy cards of your own. With that in mind, SanDisk is busy creating better memory cards. Their latest offerings are a 1GB microSD card and a 2GB miniSD card. Both cards will come with a card converter that will let you use them as standard SD cards. The iGB card will store up to 32 hours of music. I’ll leave it to you to do the math for the bigger card.
Since the site where the information on the cards is from is decidedly not in English, it’s hard to tell when the cards will be available or what they will cost.
