It’s almost Christmas. That means it’s almost time for you to return all the stuff you got as gifts that doesn’t fit or is just plain ugly. Chicago-based Receller.com is a new website that can make the task of returning the items much easier. The site works with eBay and boldly claims to have mastered the art of online selling.
If you have an item to sell, all you have to do is take a picture of it with your camera phone and send it to Receller. They take care of the rest. They will market the item, process the sale and maximize profit. They point out that the service lets you sell on eBay without needing to have a computer of your own, which makes it accessible for more people (but really, who has a camera phone but doesn’t have a computer?).
Receller has a team of Listing Coaches who will guide you through the process. They will, of course, extract a $9.95 fee for the service, regardless of what the item sells for.
