T-Mobile USA in its quest to color the life of its users, have announced the availability of two trendy and fashionable phones, namely Motorola RAZR and Samsung t809 slider. Both of these phones are expected to hit the streets on Nov 25 coinciding with “Black Friday”.
T-Mobile will offer its users the Motorola RAZR in magenta as well as raspberry colors, speaking on the occasion was Jim Wicks, vice president of Consumer Design Experience at Motorola, Inc., Jim said “The new, bold-yet-chic color adds a sense of flair to the RAZR family”. Building on the global success of the RAZR, this handset works hand in hand with T-Mobile’s service for a full communication and multimedia experience.”
The Motorola RAZR phone is quad-band world phone, and is equipped with an internal 2.2-inch 176 x 220 pixel supporting 64k color display, picture caller id, Bluetooth, integrated VGA camera with 4x digital zoom, MPEG4 video clip playback and speakerphone functionality.
The Motorola RAZR colors, manufactured exclusively for T-Mobile, also feature a Web browser and offer SMS, MMS and AOL Instant Messenger, and also offer access to T-Mobile “t-zones” where users can download MP3 ring tones or wallpapers.
The RAZR will be priced from $249.99 and will be available online at T-Mobile retail locations and other authorized dealers from Nov. 25.
The other offering from T-Mobile is Samsung’s ultra-thin slider phone (t809), this again is a quad-band EDGE-enabled GSM world phone. The phone is equipped with Bluetooth, an internal 2.2-inch 320 x 240 pixel 262k-color display, 64MB storage capacity, SMS, MMS, MP3 player with removable memory, picture caller id and a 1.3 megapixel camera with video recording at 13 fps.
The “t-zone” is also available on this phone for ringtone and wallpaper downloads.
The Samsung t809 will be available at stores from Nov. 25 onwards and is priced at $299.99
