Nokia N90 hits the American market

It wasn’t long ago that we first heard about the Nokia N90. Now we can own one of our own. It is a smartphone that is attractive much more for the features than for the size. It weighs 173 grams, so it isn’t the lightest phone around, but it has just about everything. The inner screen of the flip phone is 352×416 pixels and 18-bit, while the smaller outer screen is 128×128 resolution and 16-bit. The 2 megapixel camera has 20x digital zoom and a fancy lens from Carl Zeiss.

It has everything else you would expect it to have – Bluetooth, USB connectivity, audio playback with several formats, RS-MMC card slot for increased memory capacity and WCDMA/EDGE. It runs the Symbian OS and S60.

You will be able to get it this month. The price looks like it will be $399 with activation.
