Sometimes it seems like manufacturers add features just so that they can say that they added the feature so guys like me will write about it. The screen on the KTF-TR2000 phone strikes me as just that type of thing. It’s has a feature called “Twist Rotation”, which means it swivels. You can turn it 180 degrees and close it back on itself. Great. It looks neat, I guess, but how does this make the world better? Or the phone better, for that matter.
The screen is 1.9” and the phone also features a 1.3 megapixel camera and an MP3 player with TransFlash expansion. All this is packed into a fairly small 91 x 45.5 x 22.6 mm package. One nice feature is that you can multi-task with it, meaning you can update your phonebook while the tunes are still playing.
I don’t need to get too worked up about this phone because it is only set for Korea and likely won’t ever make it over here. Besides, look how happy the phone is making the woman who is holding it.
