NTT DoCoMo has revealed details on their latest offering of business-targeted mobile handsets, the M1000. Dubbed as the FOMA M1000, it is clearly a creation of Motorola. The M1000 will allow access to LANs in airports, subways, coffee shops and practically anywhere else you can get access these days, when connected you can surf around with Opera 7.5.
Software support for MS Word, Excel, PDF and PowerPoint files is included, while developers get a free software development kit to create custom applications for your own needs.
Memory included is 32MB TransFlash, which can be swapped out or adapted to SD with an adapter. Photo capture is with a 1.31 megapixel camera. No word on North American availability.
