The CTIA Wireless IT and Entertainment conference began today at Moscone West in San Francisco, the main focus this year being mobile data solutions. The show will run until the 27th of October, several hundred companies have setup shop to show off their latest developments and mobile data solutions. This event will appeal to solution providers, the entertainment industry, wireless carriers and developers.

Some new things to look out for;

FutureDial’s SnapMedia software lets camera cellphone owners download pictures from camera phones to the PC for storage or sharing with friends, freeing-up memory on the phone for taking more pictures.
