Brother Creates the m-Print – World’s Smallest Mobile Printer

Brother UK has created the perfect gadget for anyone on the move with the world’s smallest self-contained mobile printer – so small you can fit it in your jacket pocket.

The brand new m-PRINT means you can now print off e-mails, web downloads and Word documents whether on the road, in the pub or in front of the TV.

The ideal accessory for PDAs and lap tops, the smart silver and black m-PRINT allows you to print off agendas for meetings on the hoof, action lists, memo notes to stick on the fridge or even maps and directions direct from the Internet via your PDA.

With its own easy to replace A7 paper cassette in plain paper, address labels and even re-stickable notes, the pocket printer weighs in at a very light 300g and measures only 9.7cm wide by 15.8cm long by 1.75cm deep, a similar size to the average PDA. 300 dpi print resolution ensures professional standard print quality.

An infrared connection means that the m-PRINT offers quick cable free printing – simply point the m-PRINT at your PDA and press print to run off memo pages, schedules, address book details and much more, all within seconds.

Both text and images can be easily selected and copied to the PC Clipboard on a PDA from either Pocket Word or Pocket Excel for instant printing. When used with a laptop or PC, the
m-PRINT prints from all applications such as MS Word documents, MS PowerPoint slides, MS Excel sheets, e-mails and even attachments.

The m-PRINT has a USB and infrared interface and a built-in rechargeable battery that allows up to 100 or more pages for every battery charge. It is competitively priced at £249.
